Sautéed Shrimp and Mushrooms by Cinnamon Cooper

This is great served over rice with a side of Stewed Black Beans (page 230) or served over boiled fettuccine. INGREDIENTS | SERVES 1 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon olive oil ¼ cup sliced mushrooms 1 green onion, thinly sliced Dash salt 1 small tomato, cored and diced 1 garlic clove, minced Juice from 1 lemon 2 tablespoons dry white wine or vermouth ¼ pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined ¼ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning Place a small skillet over medium heat. Once it is heated, add the butter and olive oil. Add the mushrooms, green onion, and a dash of salt. Cook for 4–5 minutes. Stir in the tomato and garlic and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until the garlic smells fragrant and the tomato is starting to break down. Stir in the lemon juice. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in the wine, the shrimp, and the Old Bay. Cook for 3–5 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink. Serve while warm.

    I think the online community (High Technological Society) knows that when Aisha Sekhmet (Solar Goddess) puts her royal name and good reputation on the line, she's going to mentally liberate those who have fallen asleep.     I don't like gazing in a global crystal ball (electromagnetic force field on negative charge) and making false predictions like Celebrity Mediums (those who do things for money), but I will use my invisible antenna (electromagnetic force field of positive charge) and say this: There are great things just ahead for Aisha Sekhmet and what she will accomplish in 2012 and beyond (Era of Air/Computer Age).

    Viewing a beautiful Solar Goddess (Aisha) like this makes a soul brother (having a re-stored soul) wanna ask: Where's "Mentally Liberated" Aisha Sekhmet? Not only is she beautiful (royal inner beauty), lovely and gorgeous, she seems to be operating on a higher frequency.

    While I was on the site "Queen's Magazine online" (Digital Earth/Global Village) I was just thinking to myself, and saying, "Wouldn't it be nice to see two beautiful Sun Goddesses (Aisha Sekhmet and Goddess Sopdet, aka "Meosha H. Eaton") team up as a female rap duo and make an illuminated music video (Era of Air) together?"
